Kids are an important part of New Heights Baptist Church! Our kid's ministry in Newtown, CT provides a fun, safe, and Christ-centered environment where children can learn about Jesus, build friendships, and grow in their faith. Every Sunday, we offer Children’s Church during our worship services with engaging Bible lessons, songs, games, and age-appropriate activities designed to help kids understand and apply God’s Word. We also offer small groups for boys and girls where children learn Bible stories, memorize Scripture, and grow in their understanding of the Bible.
The safety of your children is a priority. Our children’s ministry team is trained, and all workers are background-checked so parents can feel comfortable while their children participate. Throughout the year, we also offer special events for kids and families, including our summer Vacation Bible School, a three-day event packed with games, snacks, crafts, music, and Bible lessons.
If you’re looking for a church with a kid's ministry in Newtown, Sandy Hook, or the Greater Danbury area, we would love to welcome your family to New Heights!
